We had 2 zoom meetings prior to the wedding day and this enabled us to meet Joel and we immediately felt at ease with his friendly and warm personality. Joel was friendly, professional and attentive and helped with other parts of the day as well, such as sorting my veil, ensuring the mens suits were all neat before the photographs were taken and even speaking to our suppliers on our behalf.
